Teaser:
Lily and Garret both
coming back from
lunch and they walk
into a big commotion
at the morgue.
They’ve found the
body of one of the
boys they’ve been
searching for at the
bottom of a well.
Jordan’s taken
charge and Garret
wants to know if
he’s still in
charge. Jordan says
of course Garret.
They head out to the
park.
Act One:
Jordan and Garret
arrive at the park
and the well. They
look down and
there’s a small body
in there. They
argue over who’s
going to go down and
they both go down
well. The boy’s
body is stuck. As
they try to free the
one body another
body suddenly floats
up, worked free from
the debris.
They have to wait
for some equipment
to show up because
the boy's foot is
stuck. Garret won't
i.d. the boy until
they can get him out
of the well. His
face is pretty beat
up so they can’t to
a facial
recognition.
Jordan goes back to the morgue to autopsy the body with Bug. They find a bug on the body that places the body on the south side of the park verses the North side where it was found.
They finally get the boy out of the well and identify him. Jordan goes back to the site and tells the guys of what they discovered. She wants to go looking for him. Woody tells her she’s not going because it isn’t safe. Jordan has a few words for Woody, everyone else stands around a bit uncomfortable. Jordan says she’s going until Garret breaks in and tells the sick Jordan to go home and get some rest. The Park Ranger brings in the recording of a message they just received about a man seeing a car leaving the park with two boys in it. Woody goes in search for the car.
She starts to head back, even gets in her car, then sees sign for trail that will lead to where the other body was. She heads to trail. Someone is following her. She keeps turning around but doesn’t see anyone. She get to an opening and finds a cut rope and an old shaft tunnel. She slips and starts to fall down. The man following appears in front of her. She calls for help but he just stands there. She loses her grip and goes tumbling down the shaft.
Act Two:
Jordan is in the
abandon mine. She
walks around and
finds a kid. She
learns that there is
another boy on the
other side of a
crumbled wall.
At morgue: They
identify the guy who
owned the gun who
they think shot the
dead lady and the
dead boy. Woody
interrogates the
suspect. Woody gets
ugly.
In mine: Jordan is
with boy. Boy talks
about how his
parents going to be
mad.
That they should
have gone home when
the other boys
wanted to. Jordan’s
trying to
break through the
collapsed wall.
Breaks it goes
searching and finds
the other
boy. The third
missing boy. The
boy is shot. Jordan
tells the boy
(Danny) she's going
to have to take the
bullet out and that
she's going to
rescue them.
Back at lab: Garret,
Nigel and Bug are
trying to figure out
whether the car was
that site. They
determine that the
car isn’t the one
they’re looking for
because the mud they
found in the tires
is dry – and when
the call came in
about the car it had
been raining. They
identify the dead
woman they found.
She was camping in
the forest. They
head off to park.
At mine: Jordan is
reassuring Danny.
She needs to take
the bullet out of
him. She reassures
them and the boys
handle it very well.
Act Three:
Back in
forest/park. The
rain has let up and
the guys are at the
camp site. They
find a bloody
umbrella and get two
sets of prints off
it. One belongs to
the dead girl and
the other belongs to
the Park Ranger.
At police station:
Woody interrogating
park ranger. Ranger
insists he doesn't
know anything.
Woody gets pretty
intense but the
Ranger won't talk
and request lawyer.
Mine again: Jordan
tries to comfort the
boy—Todd (the one
who wasn’t shot).
Jordan convinces him
to help her push an
old mine cart up to
the top of the
entrance…they start
to but this causes
another cave in and
completely covers
the hole Jordan fell
down.
At morgue: Lily and
Garret have talk.
At mine: Boy scared
and starts arguing.
He thinks it's all
his fault.
Act Four:
Back in cave. The
dust is settling
from the cave
in—everyone is ok.
The boy shot isn't
doing so well he
really needs help
and medicine. Todd
thinks he's killed
two best friends.
Boy explains how
they saw the ranger
dumping the body of
the lady how they
were spying on him.
Todd explains how
the ranger shot the
one boy. He and
Danny made it back
to the mine. The
Ranger fires some
shots into the mine
and then cut the
boys rope and left
them there to die.
Jordan tells Todd
that it's the
Ranger’s fault not
the boys. Jordan
tries to comfort
him.
At morgue: Garret
mad that they
released the
ranger. Woody
explains that they
didn’t have enough
to hold him. He
thinks he’s guilty
though and he’s
going to have a
little (rough) chat
with him.
Bug and Nigel find
another bug that
links the ranger to
the camp site and
the girl (the ranger
had claimed earlier
that he’s never seen
the girl).
At mine: Jordan’s
trying to flood mine
to get some debris
lose to break
through
a closed off
tunnel. Water
starts to fill up
the mine.
At morgue: Nigel
finds more female
skin on the Ranger’s
things only it’s not
the dead lady’s.
The run it and
Jordan’s face pops
up on the screen.
Garret, Nigel, Bug
and Lily search for
her. Her car isn’t
anywhere to be
found. They track
Jordan’s cell found
to the park and the
mine.
Woody at old trailer
where the Ranger
is. The ranger
comes out attacking
Woody. Woody gets
the upper hand then
starts beating him
for information...he
wants to know where
the boys are.
Lily, Bug, Garret,
and Nigel are
searching for
Jordan.
Woody calls and
tells them where
boys are. They say
they know…they’ve
found the mine
entrance. Only it’s
sealed because of
the cave in.
In mine: the water’s
rising and still not
breaking through the
wall.
Outside: The guys
start digging,
trying to remove the
debris blocking the
entrance.
In the mine: The
water is really
rising. Jordan
tells Todd to hold
onto the unconscious
Danny and she goes
under and starts
kicking at the wall
trying to break
through the rubble.
It works and the
water starts going
rushing out through
the open tunnel.
On top: Bug finds
something with one
of his gadgets:
movement. Three
bodies. They're
moving though the
mine.
In mine: Jordan and Todd find the exit but it’s barred off. The boy starts pounding on the bars in frustration and Garret hears it. He finds Jordan and the boys and gets them out of mine.
Ambulance are around, Jordan’s standing by herself. Todd comes over and thanks her for helping him. He gives her a hug and rushes back to his parents. Woody comes over and asks if she’s okay. They have an awkward conversation where he leaves after Jordan says without saying that Woody did something he normally never would have, beat a guy for information.
Garret comes up and tells Jordan that Danny is stable and will recover. Then he gives her a lecture about being reckless, but says it was a good thing she did this time. He gives her a hug as she cries in his arms.
