SEASON 1

September 24th 2001: Pilot

     -  Jordan returns to the Boston City Morgue
-  Jordan has known Garret for at least 5 years (same might go for Bug)
-  Garret's mother died three week ago.  She had Alzheimer’s.
-  Evelyn is introduced as Max's live-in "lady friend"

October 1st 2001: Dawn of a New Day

     -  Jordan works on a case with Det. Eddy Winslow.  There are hostile feelings between the two.  Winslow was Max's partner and turned him in.
-  Tension starts up between Lily and Garret

November 12th 2001: Ties that Bind

     -  Jordan and Trey go out dancing

October 15th 2001: Born to Run

     -  Jordan breaks up with Tyler (slams the door in his face)
-  Jordan reveals that she learned Italian abroad--from Paolo.
-  Garret is shocked to learn that his 17-year-old daughter, Abby, is no longer a virgin.

October 22nd 2001: You Can't Go Home Again

     -  Jordan's childhood friend Jimmy Donnelly (a firefighter) dies in a fire he started, only to learn that he faked his death to get out from under the rule of the mob, who had him intentionally setting fires.
-  Lily's favorite TV clown dies of syphilis
-  Garret starts to feel estranged from his daughter, buys her a fudge cake for her birthday
-  Nigel finds out Bug's real name

October 29th 2001: Believers

     -  Jordan gets an apartment (#311, 227 Pearl Street)
-  Nigel, Trey, and Bug blow up a corpse

November 12th 2001: Sight Unseen

     -  Evelyn repeatedly tries to dissuade Max from helping Jordan on cases; believes it “upsets” him
-  First appearance of Dr. Stiles
-  Jordan gets to tell a family that their child is alive (for the first time)
-  Nigel goes out with fellow doctor Candice McIntire, to the jealousy of Bug and Trey

November 19th 2001: Digger Part I

     -  Nigel's green card expires
-  Nigel proposes to Jordan in an attempt to outsmart the INS and avoid getting deported (and is rejected), but Jordan asks Nigel to go dancing
-  Nigel proposes to Bug and is rejected
-  Nigel proposes to Lily and is accepted
-  Nigel selects Trey to be the Best Man, while Trey suggests Bug for flower girl
-  Evelyn moves out

November 26th 2001: Digger Part 2

     -  Garret breaks up the wedding between Lily and Nigel by sorting things out with the INS

December 10th 2001: Blue Christmas

     -  Our first real suggestion that Nigel may “swing both ways” after Nigel asks Trey to accompany him on a skiing trip
-  We learn that Jordan sings and plays guitar
-  We learn that Garret's ex, Maggie, has a boyfriend named Walter
-  This is the first time we see that Jordan has friends outside the morgue

January 7th 2002: Wrong Place, Wrong Time

     -  We meet Det. Woodrow Hoyt (“Woody”) - Jordan doesn't like his ties.

January 14th 2002: Blood Relatives

     -  Lily is told by a psychic that her One True Love is somewhere in the morgue, and that her (deceased) grandmother likes Garret
-  Maggie starts to have doubts about her divorce with Garret
-  Jordan has a falling out with her friend Kim (a lawyer) during a case that relates back to her mother's murder
-  Garret kisses Lily

January 21st 2002: Miracles & Wonders

     -  We learn that Jordan believes in science more than God, because it won't let her down
-  Garret and Abby enter family therapy
-  We learn Nigel's mother died of cancer three days after Elvis Presley
-  Max is diagnosed with a (benign) tumor

January 28th 2002: Four Fathers

     -  Max opens a bar called the Pogue Mahone
-  Everyone pulls together and makes sacrifices because of the budget cuts so that nobody will be let go at the morgue
-  We learn that Max has connections to the mob: specifically, Blackie Conroy, and that they were childhood friends
-  We meet Trey's dad for the first time, and learn that they are not on good terms with each other

February 4th 2002: Acts of Mercy

     -  Nigel and Bug have a minor falling out while filming a TV show about a morgue
-  Jordan and Woody go out to have a drink for the first time

February 26th 2002: Lost & Found

     -  As of this episode, we learn that Jordan has known Garret for eight years
-  We get our first hint that Jordan would consider being a mother

March 4th 2002: Crime and Punishment

     -  Garret is distracted due to issues with Maggie
-  Woody says he would never put Jordan into a situation where she would be in danger
-  Nigel already views Jordan and Woody as a potential “item”
-  Bug visits Dr. Stiles

March 18th 2002: With Honor

     -  Lily finds out Garret and Maggie are “together” again
-  Bug and Lily go out for a drink
-  Our first hint that Bug has feelings for Lily
-  Lily goes out with a guy named Roberto from the Italian bakery

April 8th 2002: For Harry, With Love and Squalor

     -  Garret reunites with his estranged father, Harry, who is being tracked down by Cuban gangsters
-  Jordan reevaluates her love life after meeting a man at the Pogue (DA Jay Myers)
-  This is the first time we see Jordan “dressed up”

April 15th 2002: The Gift of Life

     -  We learn that Jordan's former mentor, Dr. Elliot McCafferty, practically ruined her medical career when she was younger
-  We learn that Dr. McCafferty saved Jordan when she had a drug overdose in med school; all of this led to Jordan meeting Garret Macy

April 29th 2002: Someone to Count On

     -  Jordan encounters DA Myers again and things get complicated when Woody gets jealous
-  A mortician from “Fisher and Sons Mortuary” asks Lily on a date

May 6th 2002: Secrets and Lies Part 1

     -  Lily seems to show some interest in Woody, and vice versa
-  We learn rumors have been going around the morgue about Woody and Jordan
-  Jordan receives something that triggers memories of her mother
-  Jordan starts to become suspicious about Max's behavior before her mother's murder

May 13th 2003: Secrets and Lies Part 2

     -  Herman Redding (the prime suspect in a 10-year-old triple homicide) is revealed to know something important about Jordan's mother's murder
-  It's discovered that Woody paints his nails (when he breaks a nail)
-  Woody helps Jordan uncover the truth about Herman Redding (that he was indeed the murderer), getting in trouble with the precinct in the process
-  Woody offers to help Jordan find Redding

May 7th 2006: Don't Leave Me This Way

    - Jordan wakes up next to J.D.'s murdered body with no memory of the night before.
    - Lily calls off her wedding to Jeffery at the alter.

SEASON 6

January 14th 2007: Retribution

    - Woody is put on administrative leave for interfering with Lu's case and the search of
      Jordan.
    - Dr. Kate Switzer is called in to do an independent autopsy and then is asked by the
      Governor's Office to stay.
    - J.D.'s murder is solved and Jordan is cleared of all wrong doing.

January 21st 2007: Shattered

    - Lily learns she's pregnant.
    - The morgue (Garret) is under review.  Prosecutor William Ivers investigated.
    - Dr. Kate Switzer takes over Lily's office, kicking Lily out with no where to go in the
      process.

January 28th 2007: 33 Bullets

    - Four cops cover up an accidental shooting.
    - Riots break out in Boston.
    - Detective Lu Simmons is shot and killed.

February 11th 2007: Crazy Little Thing Called Love

    - Danny and Delinda visit Boston.  They bring Jordan and Woody to a boxing fight.
    - Lily comes back to the morgue after taking a month off (to deal with her pregnancy).
    - Bug decides to take a step back from Lily, until she figures out what's going on between
      her and Jeffery.

February 18th 2007: Mr. Little and Mr. Big

    - Lily refuses to marry Jeffery.
    - Ivers delivers his report on the workings of the morgue.  He announces that he's taking
      away their 'expensive' toys.

February 25th 2007: Night of the Living Dead

    - The morgue staff mistakenly claims that Shelly is dead at scene of crime.
    - Renee wants Garret to fire Jordan (or any one on his staff) to cover her 'tail' on the 
      lawsuit Shelly plans to bring against the morgue and DA's office.  Garret refuses.

March 7th 2007: Hubris

    - Nigel is taunted by The Hangman--a serial killer.
    - Nigel kisses Kate (because she's brilliant)
    - Jordan discovers a mistake Bug made on a case, when Ivers asks her to audit it.

March 14th 2007: Isolation

    - Jordan defies Ivers, does an autopsy and learns that there might be a health epidemic
      hitting Boston.
    - Jordan learns she's sick with a brain angioma.  She doesn't tell anyone.
    - Lily decides to leave the morgue.  She doesn't think it's healthy for her baby to
      continue working at the morgue.
    - William Ivers leaves the morgue crew alone after his cost cutting plan causes 21 deaths

March 21st 2007: Seven Feet Under

    - Garret learns that Jordan is sick.  He wants her to do something about it, but she
      avoids talking to him about it.
    - Kate learns that a mummy she is working on is actually a fake.
    - Det. Seely and Garret work on a case together, once again butting heads.

March 28th 2007: Fall From Grace

    - Jordan makes a vital mistake on a case she's working on, cause Woody to arrest the
      wrong person.
    - Nigel and Bug, snooping through Garret's email, learn that someone is sick.  They think
      it's Garret.
    - Garret deals with a group of juvenile delinquents, making them tour the morgue and do
      work.

April 4th 2007: Faith

    - Jordan has a seizure and faints in the morgue.  Nigel, Bug and Woody finally learn that
      Jordan is sick and what exactly is wrong with her.
    - We learn that Kate was married at least once before and that her father was a drunk.
    - Woody finds a group of 13 school kids who were kidnapped.

April 11th 2007: Sleeping Beauty

    - Jordan has her surgery.  Complications arise.  No one knows if she'll be okay.
    - Nigel buys Jordan a tank full of tropical fish.
    - Woody avoids the hospital (and hence Jordan) by throwing himself into the case he's
      working on.

April 18th 2007: Post Hoc, Ergo Propter Hoc

    - Bug gets detained by the Department of Homeland Security.  They believe he's a
      terrorist.
    - Jordan comes out of her surgery okay, and is recovering at home.

April 25th 2007: In Sickness and in Health

    - Jordan returns to work after month off (recovering from her surgery)
    - Bug confesses to Jordan how he was treated by DHS.
    - Kate tells Nigel about her first marriage, how her soon-to-be husband cheated on her.

May 2nd 2007: Dead Again

    - Lily gives birth in the morgue Conference Room.
    - After failed therapy with Jeffery, Lily decides that she isn't going to co-parent with him.
    - Jordan helps Ivers solve a 6-year old case.
    - Nigel prepares to give a presentation to the ASC.  He's vying for the Vice President
      position.

May 9th 2007: D.O.A

    - Lily visits the morgue with Madeline (one month has gone by since she's given birth)
    - Kate and Nigel devise news methods for driving each other crazy.
    - Jordan helps a dying man find his daughter.
    - Woody purchases a 'hideous' chair.
    - Bug tells Lily she and Madeline are moving in with him.

May 16th 2007: Crash

    - Jordan and the crew are stranded on a mountain side after their plane crashes.
    - Jordan tells Woody she loves him.
    - We learn Kate doesn't like to fly.
    - Garret leaves Kate in charge as his successor.
