Jumpy, complains about health - two beta blockers away from a major coronary.  As he says "we have very short life expectancies in our family".  Jeffery defines the term 'mama's boy'.  He doesn't stand up to his mother.  Jeffery is Jewish.

He exemplifies 'geeky'.  Jeffery is an ordinary fellow, not very confident and there's no bravado about him.  It's a wonder he chose law as his profession.  He doesn't give you the impression that he can handle the pressures of court.

Jeffery is a quirky, but sincere guy who is painfully shy around people especially women. He was smitten with Lily from the moment they first met in Judgement Day.  He tried to work up the nerve to ask Lily (or Miss. Lebowski as he always calls her) out, however Lily finally just asked him herself.

Jeffery doesn't like to be challenged and at times can come across as a complainer.  He doesn't work well with Jordan...in fact he's rather frightened of her.  He's very technical as opposed to Lily who's emotional.  He sees things in black and white and doesn't take into consideration the emotional aspect of things.

Jeffery asked Lily to marry him in Mysterious Ways.  She agrees.  In Don't Leave Me This Way Lily leaves him at the alter telling him she can't marry him because he's not the one she loves.  Jeffery is crushed.

Jeffery doesn't hold his liquor well.
