How I write my reviews:

This isn’t a technical break down of the show and what happened.  Nor is it purely a review on the plots of each episode, though those do come into consideration, because a bad plot can ruin the whole episode.  These reviews are character analysis.  This show is a character driven show—it’s the characters interaction with each other and to situations they’re thrown in that are interesting.  Crossing Jordan’s strength isn’t in the science of figuring out the mystery.  The science is just an aid.

The show doesn’t always have to have a case were the villain isn’t know until the end.  Granted those cases are fun and can add a great tension.  Cases where they work to prove who they know is guilty can prove to be just as good.  Those type cases are usually great character growth episodes.

Anyway, my reviews are about the characters and their actions in each episode, not on the plot (and whether it’s strong or not.)  Will there be comment on the plots: yes, for the plot obviously plays a major role in each episode (and a bad plot can ruin any episode), but the focus will be on the characters.
