 4.01 AFTER DARK: Jordan and Bug find themselves trapped in a multicar pileup in the Ted Williams Tunnel when a mysterious blackout hits the city; Macy, Nigel and Woody learn that the blackout was a critical element in an elaborate jewelry heist.

4.02 OUT OF SIGHT: An agoraphobic artist, Louis Jeffries, is the prime suspect in the death of his millionaire neighbor.

4.03 INTRUDED: Jordan's encounter with an intruder at her apartment, which she believes is connected somehow to her mother's murder, causes her to break down and seek the help of Dr. Howard Stiles.

4.04 DEJA PAST: Jordan gets word of a dead body in a house she used to be scared to go into as a kid. After Jordan and Nigel go into the house they find the skeletal remains of her husband. Nigel and Jordan believe that Lois McPhearson may have killed her husband.

4.05 JUSTICE DELAYED: Bill Avery drops by the medical examiner's office and asks Jordan former help in investigating a murder that took place in 1964. Jordan is given some information that indicates Jackson Avery was shot in the back with bullets that contained birdshot.

4.06 BLUE MOON: When Leviathan resurfaces after four years, Woody's prime suspect escapes, while Nigel figures out that the killings coincide with blue moons.

4.07 WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS DIES IN BOSTON: Woody and Jordan head investigate the death of Tommy O'Brien who flew in from Las Vegas with three million dollars handcuffed to wrists. They also see two people along with the dead man. The casino host (Sam) and security guard Danny McCoy end up as suspects in the murder of Tommy O'Brien. Danny McCoy tells Woody that he hit Tommy O'Brien because he felt he was getting too close to Sam.

4.08 FIRE FROM THE SKY: Jordan covers the graveyard shift at the morgue as victims from a fiery plane crash are brought in; Woody finds the flight manifest and learns that Devan was on the doomed flight.

4.09 NECESSARY RISKS: Detective Hoyt investigates when a college fencing star is found dead in his room from an apparent suicide, but evidence suggests a possible homicide.

4.10 A STRANGER AMONG US: Woody and Jordan have a tough case to solve as they try to find the motive behind a random shooting. Things get complicated when Jordan finds an FBI agent is found dead at a local diner.

4.11 MURDER IN THE RUE MORGUE: When a crazed gunman opens fire in the morgue, killing a seemingly innocent bystander, Jordan and Woody search for clues to the apparently random homicide, but the killing spree continues.

4.12 FAMILY AFFAIR: After Garrett and Woody go to a crime scene they find that a young girl has fallen off a horse. They soon learn that the girl comes from a wealthy family. Garrett and Woody also began to try to answer the question is money everything?

4.13 YOU REALLY GOT ME: The suicide of a one-armed Boston man leads Jordan to uncover the missing murder weapon from an eight-year-old Los Angeles homicide, in which she helped send the alleged murderer to death row. However, with five days to go before the execution, Jordan and Woody head to L.A. hoping to find evidence that will save an innocent life.

4.14 GRAY MURDERS: Authorities fear an airborne virus killed a passenger and a baggage handler at an international airport, until new evidence points to a ring of drug smugglers.

4.15 IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT: When a recently released mobster seeks revenge against Jordan's father and the other cops responsible for his incarceration, Jordan frantically tries to reach her father before it is too late.

4.16 SKIN & BONE: Woody uncovers an unmarked mass grave which Jordan, Garret and the entire team discover are the remains of a string of missing Boston mobsters. However, their success at identifying the remains unearths the old killer, who assaults Bug in an attempt to keep the truth buried.

4.17 LOCARD’S EXCHANGE: In a race against the clock, Jordan, Garret and Woody attempt to track down evidence to a string of brutal murders which occurred over two decades ago in order to keep the alleged killer behind bars.  Meanwhile, a hit-and-run accident sends Lily's mother to intensive care as she fights for her life.

4.18 SANCTUARY: Jordan and the staff of the Dominican Consulate are held hostage when the distraught wife of a dead man demands a thorough forensic investigation.

4.19 EMBRACEABLE YOU: When the charming daughter of a local jazz legend is caught in a deadly round of lovers’ quarrels, Garret is quickly ensnared in her web. Elsewhere, Jordan, Woody and Nigel uncover a secret of biblical proportions when a young, pregnant nun is found dead in a cloistered convent.

4.20 FORGET ME NOT: Nigel seeks Jordan's help in finding the person who kidnapped the daughter of his new soul mate; Lily is startled when the corpse of a homeless man suddenly awakens on the autopsy table.

4.21 JUMP PUSH FALL: Dr. Macy is suspended for an alleged cover-up attempt in a 20-year-old murder case, and his replacement puts Jordan in charge of the investigation that could save or end Macy's career.
