Woody enters.  Garret finds some plastic fragment on the lady's body.

Woody and Nigel back at apartment.  Searching for what the plastic fragment could have come from.  They can’t find anything broken.  Then Woody sees a jack with a missing  phone.  Nigel removes the jack and they realize it’s an audio device.  The Bishop's were being listened to.

Garret and Woody talking in morgue.  Woody explains what found.  Nigel shows them what he’s recovered from device.  They listen to audio from the day the wife was killed.  The wife lets someone into the house.  She knows the guy.  There is a big struggle.  Then a bunch of shots.  Woody wants to know why guy took phone.  Garret says she hit him with it.  Has forensics on it.  Nigel plays another conversation from an earlier time.  It's of the Bishop's being threatened.

Jordan and Bug together going over stuff they found in Laura's car. Jordan complains about Seely.  There are some photos, a torn up note, a matchbook with the name 'Rosie's' on it.  Bug finds a receipt for gas on 9th.  That means William is back in the picture of being guilty.

Jeffery comes in carrying a vase of flowers.  He checks Lily's office but she's not there so he goes to Garret's office.  He talks with Garret.  He wants to know where Lily is.  He starts to hyperventilate.  Garret pours him a drink and tells him to drink.  At first Jeffery refuses saying he doesn't drink.

Bug and Jordan in lab piecing together the note they found in pieces.  It’s a letter to Laura's lover asking him not to end it and that she loves 'them' even though 'they' are married.  Laura was seeing a married guy.  Jordan says she bets she knows who it was: Roger.

Jeffery finds Lily in the Break room.  He can’t put words together.  Lily wants to know if he’s been drinking.  He backs out again and makes an excuse leaving Lily.

Nigel and Woody and Garret looking for a connection-locating where the wireless system came from. Nigel finds something.  Christen Bishop is brother to Thomas--the guy who identified Sammie.  Rene shows up and informs them that they’re half brothers.  And that she was informed someone was tracing their wire. So wasn’t ‘bad guys’ but the ‘good guys’ putting the listening device in the Bishop's apartment.

Act Three: Garret and Rene are arguing.  Garret is mad that Rene and her 'people' knew that the Bishop's had been threaten and didn't do anything.  Rene says they offered them protection but they didn't want it.  Rene says there’s a leak which is why Rene says she can’t get any info on Thomas to put him away.  Garret says they should have done something.

Jordan going over photos of people involved in her case.  J.D. comes in.  He asks why Jordan wanted him to dig up info on Roger.  Says he’s a bust up football player.  Got money from marrying wife--basically gives Jordan Roger's history.  Jordan and JD discuses the relationships between people in the case.

Lily and Garret talk.  Garret says the flowers in his office were for her from Jeffery.  Garret says that Jeffery wants to ask her out.  She says she knows and takes the flowers.

Seely and Jordan talking.  They’re going over case.  She says she thinks Roger could be guilty.  Wants him to check out Roger.  Seely won't.  Says he doesn't have enough proof for warrant.

Bug has timeline for Laura’s last three months of life.  Laura seemed to travel one path quite often.  The one from her place to Roger's place.  Along the way was a cemetery where Laura stopped all the time (where her sister was buried) and  Rosie’s Bar – the matches.  There's also a gas station Laura stopped at all the time on this root.

Jordan goes to visit bar.  It’s ‘lesbian’ bar.  She sees the Andrea there.  Jordan says…so I take it it wasn’t your husband seeing Laura to Andrea.  Jordan talks with Andrea.  She says Seely came out and they gave him permission to search place.  They didn’t find anything--so they're ruled out as suspects.

Nigel and Garret talking.  They have phones found from dumpsters around Bishops’ place.  Testing one for DNA.  It’s a match with Thomas's DNA.  They finally have something on Thomas.  Woody is excited.  He can finally go make an arrest.  Then Woody’s phone rings.

Arrive at apartment.  Brother (Bishop) shot Thomas.  Guy is on face, so it looks like he was shot from behind.  Garret says to Rene and Woody…well it’s a 22 caliber.  They’re pretty hard to tell entry from exit wounds.  Looks like brother came after him, he shot him in self defense, the bullet caught him and twisted him around so he fell face forward.  They’re trying to make it look like self defense so Bishop has a case to plead to get him off the hook--since they feel Bishop did the world a favor.

Jordan is watching video again.  Bug comes in.  Jordan says William should have been convicted.  She blames herself partially.  Jordan wants to know where the slug is they found in the car.  She shots a couple of shots from a gun and examines the bullets.  Bug comes in-says he pulled Jenny’s file from storage.  Jordan says she knows what happened to Laura and knows where she is.  And takes off.

Jordan at Jennifer’s grave.  She sits there for a long while watching people come and go.  Someone arrives at Jennifer’s grave.  Jordan goes up to her.  It’s Laura.  Laura tells her about cabin where she’s been staying.  Laura says she drove off the road the night she was going to talk to Andrea about breaking off their relationship.  She didn't have the courage to talk to her though.  She ran off road…and decided to kill self.  She almost shot herself, but couldn’t do it.  Bullet grazed head.  They talk and Laura says she’s figured out how to tell if someone really loves you—how to know when you’re really loved.  It’s when you see yourself reflected—really reflected in the other persons eyes and you know it’s the same for them.  Jenny was the only person she had that with and she doesn’t want to go back (to the ‘real world’)

Act Four: Bug confronts Jordan at morgue saying he figured out what she was doing and that Laura is still alive.  Jordan says she couldn’t find her.  While Jordan was out Bug went over Jennifer’s case—and found evidence that proves husband killed Jenny. Jordan is elated.  She gives a Bug a ‘friendly’ kissing saying THANK YOU, in regards to his helping her.

Lily standing in front of elevator, it opens and Seely and Jeffery are there.  They walk out she walks in.  Doors start to close and Jeffery charges in.  He tries again to ask her out…finally Lily asks him if he’d like to have dinner with her.

At precinct, Jordan confronts William as Seely is leading him away.  She’s finally got him.  He growls and calls her a bitch as Seely leads him away handcuffed.

At morgue: Jordan goes into Garrets office.  Says she hasn’t seen him in a while (referring to their nightly after hour talks in his office)  She catches him pouring a drink.  He ask if she wants want and she says no she’s heading out, she’ll pass.  Then asks him: “Aren’t you on duty till 10?”  He doesn’t answer just kind says 'grr'…and she just gives him a look and leaves.

JD enters her apartment—he has a key.  He has a bottle of wine.  She wants him to do a favor.  Look into my eyes and tell me what you see.  He doesn’t give a ‘real’ answer.  Then he looks at her and says ‘I failed a test didn’t I?’  Jordan gives a sad smile and the scene fades out.
