Description:

When a teenage girl caught in a meth lab explosion dies, Jordan seeks justice for the victim while at the same time comforting the slain girl's despondent mother and interfering with D.A. Walcott's prosecution of a major Boston drug dealer. However, when the grieving mother snatches the prosecution's lead witness in the name of revenge, it's a race against time to save the case. Elsewhere, Lily and Bug piece together the past life of the recently deceased John Smith, and Peter requests a visit with state shrink Dr. Howard Stiles.

Stiles (shaking Peters hand): Ha, well, lucky you, I’m a fan of the coincidence. Dr. Stiles, state head shrinker, I’m here to uh….
Peter: Shrink my head, I know I called….

Garret (to Rene): I’m not gonna defend my staff or my management style to you, so….(Rene’s cell phone cuts him off)

Max (to Jordan): Let me ask you something. Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you didn’t spend half your time obsessing about your mother?

(Jordan is sitting at Max’s bar when 2 detectives come in)
Detective: Dr. Cavanaugh?
Max (looking at Jordan): What have you done now?

Rene: Are you insane?
Jordan: Well, the votes still split on that.

Rene: Thank you for your help. You are now off it, you understand?
Jordan: Absolutely.
(Rene leaves the room)
Nigel: One e-ticket to Philly?
Jordan: Absolutely.

(Jordan in the cab)
Jordan: You’re sure you dropped her off here?
Cab driver: Yeah.
Jordan: Did you happen to see where she went?
Cab driver: I’m not their nurse made lady.

Jordan: What will they do to her?
Rene: It wouldn’t surprise me if they conclude she acted in self defense.
Jordan: On what grounds?
Rene: Professional courtesy.

(Peter throws the phone across the break room in front of Garret after talking to his ex-wife)
Peter: Sorry, I should probably look before I throw a tantrum.

Bug: You’re not what you do Lily, you’re who you are….and you, you’re wonderful.

Max: You went to Philly and didn’t eat any cheese steak?
Jordan: Wasn’t really any time. Let me ask you something.
Max: You have to? It’s probably something I don’t want to talk about, I mean it usually is, then we both get frustrated and then the cops come and take you away.
Jordan: I was just going to ask you if you have time for a game of pool.
Max: No you weren’t.
Jordan: Well, you’ll never really know.
